This webinar will provide an overview of the updated features, which will allow you to use Supporter Preferences or “Opt-Ins” in conjunction with, or as an alternative to, existing Do Not Correspond reasons. While the Fundraising Regulator and the ICO strongly recommend adopting “Opt-Ins,” they acknowledge that some organizations may continue to use “Do Not Correspond Reasons” or a hybrid approach based on their “Legitimate Interest” considerations. This session builds on our March webinar, where we introduced the functionality for recording “Opt-In” requests, offering further insights into how these new tools can improve your communication practices and compliance.
